How do I connect my Thumbtack account?
Open the app, tap "Connect Thumbtack" on the login screen, and authorize access through Thumbtack's secure OAuth flow.
How does the AI generate replies?
Our AI analyzes each lead's request, your specialization, and conversation context to generate personalized response suggestions. All processing happens on our secure servers.
Can I edit AI-suggested messages before sending?
Yes. Every AI suggestion is a recommendation — you review, edit, and send manually from the chat screen.
How do I set up AI Setup?
Go to the AI Brain tab in the app and complete the 7-step AI Setup. You'll configure your specialization, communication style, and voice greeting.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Customer data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. We follow industry best practices for data security and comply with all applicable regulations.
